Date of Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Special Graphics and the applicant on the date that the applicant registers for
Special Graphics programs through the Course Registration Portal. Special Graphics reserves the right to obtain this
agreement from applicants at the time of registration.

Parties

The Online Internship Agreement is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions between Special Graphics
(referred to as "Party A" or the "Company")
andindividuals (referred to as "Party B" or the "Intern") who are registering
for an internship through the Special Graphics website. This agreement is specific to the designing programs offered
by Special Graphics, including the Advance Package Design Program, Advance Logo Design Program, and Basics of
Graphic Design Program.

Terms


1. Key Elements of the Agreement

  1. Parties: Clearly identifies Special Graphics as Party A and the Intern as Party B.
  2. Internship Guidelines: Describes the expectations and responsibilities of the Intern during the internship, including
    daily art/design submissions, attendance requirements, flexible working hours, confidentiality commitments,
    participation in Noble projects, and providing prior notice in case of resignation.
  3. Terms of Scholarship Agreement: States that in consideration of the 80% scholarship granted by Special Graphics,
    the Intern agrees to pay the entire course fees if they breach the internship guidelines. It emphasizes that failure to
    comply may result in legal actions to recover the scholarship amount.
  4. Termination of Scholarship: Specifies that the scholarship will be automatically terminated if the Intern fails to
    comply with the internship guidelines.
  5. Governing Law: Indicates the jurisdiction whose laws will govern the agreement.
  6. Acknowledgment: Requires the Intern to acknowledge their understanding and agreement to abide by the terms
    and conditions by ticking a checkbox.

2. Purpose of the Agreement

The agreement serves as a legally binding contract between Special Graphics and Interns participating in the
specified internship programs. It ensures that both parties are aware of their rights, responsibilities, and the
consequences of any breaches. The inclusion of the online checkbox acknowledges the Intern's consent to the terms
outlined in the agreement.


3. Internship Guidelines

By ticking the checkbox and proceeding, Party B (Intern) agrees to adhere to the following guidelines during the
internship with Party A (Special Graphics):

  1. Daily Art/Design Submissions:
    • The Intern agrees to submit a minimum of 1-10 works of art/designs daily as part of the internship requirements.
  2. Attendance and Reporting:
    • The Intern declares a commitment to report to the assigned authority for a minimum of 24 days in a month.
  3. Flexible Working Hours:
    • The Intern understands that working hours may vary and agrees to work at any time during the day as required
      by the Company.
  4. Confidentiality:
    • The Intern commits to maintaining the confidentiality of company information and sensitive project details.
  5. Participation in Noble Projects:
    • The Intern agrees to actively participate in Noble projects, contributing to the platform every working day. Three
      casual leaves per month are permitted.
  6. Resignation Notice:
    • The Intern declares that in the event of resigning from duties, a minimum of two month's notice will be provided.
  7. Originality of Designs:
    • The Intern affirms that all designs submitted are original and created solely by them. They warrant that their
      entries do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or copyrights of any third party.
  8. Understanding Design Briefs:
    • The Intern confirms that they have read and understood the design briefs provided by the client. Their
      submissions will adhere to the specified guidelines and requirements.

4. Terms of Scholarship

The 80% scholarship provided by Special Graphics to interns participating in programs such as the Advance Package
Design Program, Advance Logo Design Program, and Basics of Graphic Design Program. The agreement specifies that
interns must adhere to certain guidelines during their internship and, in the event of non-compliance, are obligated to
pay the entire course fees. The agreement emphasizes the potential legal actions Special Graphics may take to
recover the scholarship amount and states that the scholarship will be terminated if interns fail to meet the outlined
guidelines.

  1. Scholarship Consideration:
    • The agreement acknowledges the provision of an 80% scholarship by Special Graphics to the intern.

5. Miscellaneous

    • Affirms that German laws govern the agreement, and any disputes will be exclusively resolved in Dusseldorf
      Higher Regional Court.
  2. Entire Agreement:
    • States that the written agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties, superseding
      any prior agreements.
  3. Waiver:
    • Clarifies that failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
  4. Notices:
    • Outlines how official communications and notices between the parties will be delivered in accordance with
      German legal standards.
  5. Legal Actions and Charges:
    • Empowers Special Graphics with full authority to file legal actions against any party breaching the agreement.
      The applicant, if found in breach, is obligated to cover all legal charges incurred by both parties.
  6. Court Designation:
    • Specifically designates Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court as the competent court for resolving disputes related
      to this agreement.

the right to enforce it later. The Intern understands that Special Graphics reserves the right to take legal actions in the
event of any breach, and the Intern is obligated to cover both parties' legal charges. By clicking the checkbox in the

understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in the Internship Agreement with Special Graphics. This
acknowledgement signifies the Intern's commitment to fulfilling the responsibilities and obligations set forth in the
